Insider Black is a social deduction game for 4-8 players where everyone secretly receives a role: the Master, the Insider, or the Commoners. The Master knows the secret word and guides the discussion with yes/no questions. The Insider also knows the word and tries to subtly lead the Commoners to guess it before time runs out, without being discovered. The Commoners must figure out the word and identify the Insider. It's a tense game of hidden information, deduction, and subtle manipulation.

If the word is guessed before the time is up, the players, including the Insider, must vote on who they believe the Insider is. If they correctly identify the Insider, the innocent players win. If they fail to identify the Insider, the Insider wins.
If time runs out and the word is not guessed, the Insider automatically wins.
Yes, the Insider is secretly shown the secret word at the beginning of each round.
The Insider must be subtle! Giving blatantly obvious hints will make them easily identifiable. The Insider must carefully guide the conversation and nudge players toward the correct answer without being too obvious.
