For Sale is a fast-paced card game about buying and selling real estate. The game is played in two distinct phases. In the first phase, players bid on a set of property cards, each with a different value. The bidding is a tense and tactical process where players try to acquire the best properties without overspending. The second phase involves selling those properties. Players secretly choose one of their properties to sell, and the highest-valued property gets the highest-paying check card. The goal is to accumulate the most money by the end of the game, which requires smart bidding in phase one and clever bluffing in phase two.
