Colt express

Colt express
Players are bandits robbing a train in the Wild West. Each round, you secretly program your actions (move, punch, shoot, loot) onto a communal stack. These actions are then revealed and resolved, often leading to hilarious chaos as bandits bump into each other and misfire. The goal is to become the wealthiest bandit by the end of the train ride, stealing loot and shooting rivals. It's a fun and unpredictable train heist!

We collect all the questions you players have asked us and put them on this page so we can share the answers with everyone.
In the planning phase, players can choose the same action/space. During the action phase, actions are resolved in player order. The first player in the player order completes their action. The next player will execute their action unless it's impossible due to the first player's actions. For example, if the first player moves to a car and the next player moves to the same car, the second player executes their action in that car.
If you run out of bullets, you can still punch other bandits or move between train cars. You just won't be able to shoot until you find more bullets.
The Marshall moves through the train, chasing the bandits. If a bandit is in the same car as the Marshall, they receive a $1000 fine card. The Marshall adds an element of risk and forces players to consider their positioning carefully.
When you need to draw a card and your deck is empty, simply shuffle your discard pile to create a new deck and then draw.
