Codenames (words)
Codenames is a social word game for 2-8+ players. Two teams compete to identify all their secret agents from a grid of 25 word cards. Each team has a "spymaster" who gives one-word clues that can point to multiple words on the board. Their teammates must guess which of the words belong to their team while avoiding the opposing team's words and the deadly assassin word!

If a team guesses the assassin, they immediately lose the game.
No, a clue must relate to at least one word that belongs to the spymaster's team. It is also against the rules to give clues that obviously refer to the position of the cards in the grid.
The clue giver should try to avoid such ambiguities, but ultimately the team must decide which card the clue is most likely referring to. If they guess incorrectly, it benefits the other team.
You can say how many words your clue relates to (e.g., 'Car 3'), but you cannot say anything else that could provide further information.
