When a player triggers the merge action, the two players with the fewest worshippers must merge their gods. This involves combining their actions, monuments, and followers under a single player, creating a powerful alliance – but only one can ultimately be the victor!

If another player gains control of a region with your monument, they take ownership of that monument. However, they can use its action, and you no longer can. This emphasizes the importance of protecting your monuments and strategically placing them in contested areas.

Camels are crucial for movement across the desert regions of the board. Efficient use of camels allows you to quickly deploy followers to key locations and contest influence, making them a valuable asset in your overall strategy.

There's no single 'best' strategy, as the game is highly dynamic! Adaptability is key. You'll need to balance gaining devotion, controlling key regions, strategically using your god's unique powers, and being aware of the potential for merging. Focusing on a specific area of the board or aspect of the game (like monuments or battles) can be helpful, but remain flexible enough to adjust your plans as the game evolves.
